Our process begins with milking the cows early in the morning, followed by fermenting the milk overnight to create yogurt. The next day, this yogurt is churned to produce cultured butter (makhan), which is then gently warmed on a low flame wood fire to transform it into cultured ghee.

Why Desi Ghee? Desi Ghee has a distinct buttery taste resulting from the fermentation of cream, preferred by many for its rich flavor and aroma of cultured foods. It is not only delicious but also healthier and more nutritious compared to factory-made ghee.
